Girls Future Ready × LUÃRE: Supporting the Next Generation of Women Leaders

At LUÃRE, we believe supporting the next generation of women should go beyond words of encouragement. We learn the most when someone gives us access, trust and the opportunity to work on something real. That’s why we want to share not only what we create as a brand, but also our experience, knowledge and the space to grow.

This is why we joined HerStory, a programme created by the Girls Future Ready Foundation that connects young women with mentors and gives them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through real-life projects.

As part of the programme, LUÃRE Founder & CEO Monika Frydrych became a mentor to Marcelina Przychodzka, a student at the Warsaw School of Economics with an interest in marketing across the beauty and fashion industries.

“From the beginning, I wanted this to be more than conversations or simply observing how a brand works from the inside. Marcelina was given her own project and the opportunity to experience the real product development process — from the initial concept and packaging development to creating the communication around its launch,” says Monika Frydrych.

Her own product: The Mini Essentials Set

This is how The Mini Essentials Set came to life - a limited-edition selection of LUÃRE miniatures presented in packaging designed by Marcelina.

From the first ideas to the finished product, Marcelina was able to see just how many decisions sit behind something that eventually makes it onto a shelf. How packaging is developed. What changes along the way. When an idea needs to be revisited. And what it really takes to turn a concept into something tangible.

That became one of the most valuable parts of the entire experience.

Learning through real responsibility

“For the first time, I had the opportunity to see what the product creation process really looks like and the challenges that come with building a brand. The most valuable part was being able to go through that process independently, making real decisions while still having access to the knowledge and support of my mentor,” says Marcelina.

The HerStory project concluded with a final gathering for members of the Girls Future Ready Community in Warsaw in January 2026.

The Mini Essentials Set was one tangible outcome of the collaboration. More importantly, it created the kind of experience that cannot be learned from theory alone.

And these are exactly the kinds of stories we want to create through Giving Back - meaningful, personal and leaving something behind that lasts beyond the project itself.
