Not even close. All our barrettes and combs are made from premium cellulose acetate - a hypoallergenic, biodegradable material made from cotton flowers and wood pulp. We use only the finest Italian acetate from the Mazzucchelli family, who’ve been perfecting it for seven generations. It’s what gives our pieces their signature lightweight feel, lasting quality, and gentle touch on your hair. Built to last, not just for the season.
